Getting Here

Car

As Waterville is located on the Ring of Kerry you can approach it from 2 different sides, through Cahersiveen or through Caherdaniel. We would always recommend guests to arrive by one route and depart by the other, as you will want to see all of the spectacular scenery on route. Once you reach Waterville village we are through the archway of the Cois Farraige building located at the end of the promenade. We are the 3rd house of 4 as you drive through. There is free parking right outside the door of the property once you arrive.

Airplane

• Kerry airport is located 1hr 15min from Waterville and has daily domestic flights to Dublin and the as well as weekly flights to Europe

• Cork Airport is 2hrs 20min from Waterville and has Daily flights from the UK and Europe

• Shannon Airport is 2hrs 50min from Waterville and has daily flights from the USA UK and Europe

Bus

There is a daily Bus Eireann bus service which arrives and departs for Killarney once per day to a bus stop in Waterville village 5min walk away. There is a ‘local link’ bus service which connects on to many areas within the Iveragh peninsula and these buses arrive/depart a number of times per day from the public car park.

Walking

Those of you who wish to arrive on foot while doing the Kerry way walking trail, will find that Ceol Na mara is the perfect place to base yourself after a tiring days walking. The kerry way trail passes right outside the entrance of the house so you can rejoin the trail with ease.
