Booking Policy

Submitting a booking form does not automatically secure the booking.

We will always text call or email you to confirm the dates requested so please ensure your contact details are correct.

As we book across a number of different booking platforms, your first choice of dates may not be available.

Upon accepting and confirming a booking request, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail.  A 50% deposit is then required to secure your reservation. Failure to pay a deposit when the booking is confirmed, automatically cancels your reservation. You can pay the payment using Revolut as well as by digital bank transfer.

Full payment must be received 12 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to do so, automatically cancels your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

2 weeks or less 100.00 % of booking

3 weeks or less 85.00 % of booking

8 weeks or less 75.00 % of booking

10 weeks or less 50.00 % of booking

12 weeks or less 40.00 % of booking

20 weeks or less 20.00 % of booking

30 weeks or less 15.00 % of booking

40 weeks or less 10.00 % of booking
